Executive Director
Justin Leach

Justin's career, spanning over 30 years, demonstrates a deep commitment to community and social justice. After earning a degree in Political Science from The George Washington University, he began working for Title IX author, U.S. Rep. Patsy T. Mink, whose mentorship and friendship fostered his lifelong commitment to equity and inclusion. He continued his public affairs work as a Legislative Assistant to the Governor of Washington State and then as Director of Public Affairs at The Center for National Policy, chaired then by Leon Panetta. He went on to manage public relations and development at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and later with a consortium group of HIV/AIDS nonprofits.
This work led Justin to land the role of Manager of Public Relations at Toyota North America where, for well over a decade, he led a corporate reputation management team charged with providing counsel to senior executives and navigating the complexities of crisis communications, media
relations, and stakeholder engagement. At Toyota, his commitment to social impact allowed him to expand his role, taking the lead in developing and executing innovative public relations campaigns for multi-million-dollar charitable partnerships with organizations such as Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Girl Scouts USA, the Trevor Project, Human Rights Campaign, and HBCUs (Historically Black Colleges and Universities).
